믿는 자에게 따르는 표적

새찬송가 449장(통 377) 예수 따라가며

만민에게 구원과 정죄의 갈림길이 되는 복음전파의 사명을 맡기심
15 또 이르시되 너희는 온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라 16 믿고 세례를 받는 사람은 구원을 얻을 것이요 믿지 않는 사람은 정죄를 받으리라
15He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

믿는 자들에게 따르는 네 가지 표적
17 믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며18 뱀을 집어 올리며 무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라
17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt the mat all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.“

예수님의 승천
19 주 예수께서 말씀을 마치신 후에 하늘로 올려지사 하나님 우편에 앉으시니라
19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.

네 가지 표적으로 복음을 두루 전한 제자들
20 제자들이 나가 두루 전파할새 주께서 함께 역사하사 그 따르는 표적으로 말씀을 확실히 증언하시니라]
20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with the mand confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
